How long is the hire period?
This is 48 hours, starting at midday on the day before your event, until midday the day after your event.
What does the hire fee include?
We include tables and chairs for up to 100 people in the hire fee, as well as the fully-staffed bar and the dance floor.
Where do we park?
There is parking on site in the field beyond the orchard.
Can we leave our cars parked overnight?
Yes, but this is at your own risk, and they must be removed by midday on the day after your event.
Can we add a marquee if we need extra space and want to accommodate more guests?
Absolutely, there is space directly in front of The Wedding Barn to position a marquee, and we would be happy to recommend a marquee company.
Can we bring our own drinks?
You're welcome to bring your own alcohol/soft drinks to be consumed during your reception and wedding breakfast, and we charge a corkage fee. Alternatively we can take care of the drinks for you.
Do you have a list of preferred suppliers?
We have a carefully curated list of fantastic suppliers which we would be delighted to share with you.
Are we allowed to decorate The Wedding Barn?
Yes couples are welcome to decorate The Wedding Barn, but the decorations must comply with our terms and conditions.
Can we use fireworks?
Due to the historical nature of The Wedding Barn and its natural surroundings we do not allow fireworks.
Are mid-week weddings possible?
Currently we only offer weekend weddings through the summer months.
